• Warranty covers manufacturing defects, firmware lockups, touchscreen responsiveness failures, and internal amplifier chip faults.
• Warranty does not cover physical accidental damage, water immersion (except IP-rated external cameras), or unauthorized tampering/wire cutting.
Orders are delivered across all 7 Emirates (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, RAK, Fujairah, and UAQ).
• Orders with subtotal AED 500 or higher qualify for FREE standard delivery.
• Standard delivery takes 24 to 48 hours. Same-day delivery is available within Dubai for orders confirmed before 2:00 PM.
Installation services performed at our Umm Ramool, Dubai facility are guaranteed for craftsmanship. Our technicians utilize plug-and-play ISO harnesses to maintain vehicle factory warranty integrity. Customers are advised to inspect the installation and audio/camera calibration with the technician before leaving the premises.
